FTH Co., Ltd. (the 'Company') publishes this privacy policy to protect users' personal information in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act of the Republic of Korea and to handle related concerns promptly.
1. Information collected and how
Through the website inquiry form we collect your name, phone number, email address and the content of your inquiry. For phone and email inquiries we process the contact details and content you provide. The form asks you not to include diagnoses, test results or other health information, and we do not request it.
2. Purposes
We use the information only to confirm and answer your inquiry, explain the scope and fee of translation or interpreting work, and contact you to carry out that work.
3. Retention
We keep the information for one year after your inquiry has been handled and then destroy it without delay. If a contract is concluded, we keep it for the period required by law.
4. Provision to third parties
We do not provide personal information to third parties without your consent or a legal basis.
5. Processors and overseas transfer
- Website hosting: Hostinger (operation of the website and inquiry form)
- Email receipt: NAVER Corp. (Naver Mail) and Google LLC (Gmail, including servers in the United States)
Information submitted through the form is sent to these email services and read by Company staff. The items transferred are those in section 1, the transfer takes place when you submit the form, and the retention period is as in section 3. If you do not want your information transferred overseas, please contact us by phone.
6. Destruction
When the retention period ends, electronic files are deleted so they cannot be recovered and paper documents are shredded.
7. Your rights
You may at any time request access to, correction, deletion or suspension of processing of your personal information, and we will act without delay.
8. Cookies
This site uses browser storage only to remember your language choice. It does not use advertising or tracking cookies.
